Biographies for Associates

Anita Huntley is a corporate-commercial lawyer with the law firm Fasken Martineau.   Anita regularly advises clients of all sizes, from entrepreneurs to public companies, in respect of matters relating to starting, organizing, buying and selling businesses.   Anita's practice has particular emphasis on technology-related issues and she has extensive experience with respect to technology-related procurement processes and the drafting and negotiation of specialized commercial agreements such as development, license and maintenance and support agreements.   Anita is the co-author of a book on e-commerce that will be released later this year and recently taught a course on legal issues relating to software development as part of the University of Toronto Faculty of Applied Science & Engineering and Professional Development Centre's Telecom Management Certificate Program.
